Being a freelance writer, I've really grown fond of oneclass for the different chances it offers to writers, like responding to student inquiries and sharing completed quizzes. I reckon I could land a tutoring gig through this platform.

I really wish I could rate this a big fat zero. I paid for a subscription thinking this site would actually be useful, but after looking at some of the content, I ended up with even more questions. My teacher told me that everything I was discussing was incorrect, and I felt like a complete fool.

When I tried to get my money back for a month they just charged me for, they told me I couldn't get a refund unless I provided them with study notes or guides for some material.

They take your money and offer low-quality content, making people feel like fools. They’re nothing but scammers and crooks.

If you’re unsure or want the option to get your money back if you’re not satisfied, then you definitely should steer clear of Oneclass.

What a nightmare! They just go ahead and charge your credit card for a renewal without even asking you first. If you try to get your money back just two days after, they won't help you out. Buyer beware!

For the last three years of my college journey, OneClass has been a crucial platform I've relied on. It’s been a huge help with my lectures. The customer support team is really nice and gets what you need. I totally suggest this tool for anyone who’s having a tough time. Upgrading to premium gave me access to loads of notes I was after! Being an international student, I really enjoy using OneClass. I think I’ll definitely rely on OneClass when I return to school next year. I’m hoping that OneClass improves even more so I can get additional resources for my studies.

It's downright ridiculous that you gotta fork out for a whole year just to end a subscription. I didn’t get any reminder email before my card was hit, and there’s no option to change the subscription plan. I can't suggest this service at all; the info provided was worthless, and it feels like a total money grab.

I got this for my daughter as she was starting her first year in college. She found the website to be pretty much useless and didn’t end up using it (her courses are mostly math and science). Before her second year kicked off, OneClass NEVER sent out a reminder email about the upcoming renewal (which is something most places do) and just charged my card automatically. On that same day, I requested to cancel it, but they refused and were dishonest during the dispute. From what I’ve seen, OneClass is an unethical business that takes advantage of its customers.

Before I signed up, the keyword was supposed to be included in the file, but after I went for the premium, it was nowhere to be found. SCAMMERS!!! If I don’t get my money back, I’m filing a complaint! This is just plain wrong!!! I demand a refund for my $39.98 monthly subscription. The keyword I checked for in the document before upgrading pointed to a specific file, but after I paid, it was gone!!! GIVE ME BACK MY HARD-EARNED CASH!! I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU IF YOU DON’T REFUND ME!!!

This is truly the ultimate online hub for university students. During my time at McMaster, the resources provided were a huge help in all my courses!

Oneclass has unjustly flagged my earlier review. It's important to share the real story. I've submitted 3 tickets thanks to their customer support on the site. Plus, I've fired off 7 emails, and guess what? No replies at all.

The problem is that they’ve locked me out of my account, making it impossible to access their services or even cancel my account. Meanwhile, they keep charging me a $40 monthly fee.

I strongly advise you to save your cash and steer clear of their services.

I’ve been using OneClass for a whole year and finally decided to end my automatic subscription because of some financial troubles. Honestly, the way they communicate with their users is really lacking. Even though I cancelled my subscription on the day it was set to expire, they still charged me for the whole year. I’ve reached out via email for over a month now, and I’ve only received one reply, with no updates despite my repeated requests. At this point, it feels like they’re just out to take your money and disappear...

Oneclass has been pretty solid for uploading notes at the beginning. When I joined, the support crew was quick to respond, and the gift card redemptions were always on point until lately. Here are some honest thoughts about the platform: their support team can take ages to reply to your inquiries. Plus, they won’t reach out if there’s a problem with your notes or if your gift cards are stuck in processing. You’ll often find yourself chasing them down. Personally, I think Oneclass is a decent way to make some cash for your notes, but it definitely has room for improvement. Not sure if it’s due to a shortage of support staff or just selective replies, but if you’re not the patient type, this site might not be for you.

I’m unable to get onto the site anymore on any of my devices, and it’s driving me crazy. I signed up and didn’t even get to use it for a month, yet they’re still charging me. I want a refund!
